• No, this is not “our little corner of the internet.”
• No, we did not quit our 9 to 5 jobs to travel the world or chase our dreams.
• And no, we won’t teach you how to make money online by selling you our start-you-own-travel-blog course blahblahblah. 😇

We’re just an ordinary couple who are keen to visit as many far away places as possible without spending a fortune. Why not help others do the same?

Our Story

It all started with a proposal back in 2016 and the unsurprising fact that weddings are bloody expensive. We decided to skip ours—opting for an unforgettable Icelandic elopement instead at an insanely low cost to us.

That’s when we caught the travel bug and realised that five-star holidays were well within reach if you were willing to be more flexible, frugal, and maybe just a touch weird.

Now, we’re using this website as a travel diary to keep friends and family informed of our movements. (And to share the news of our union—surprise, Uncle Harry!)

We’re also excited to share our best money-saving travel tips and tricks with anyone who takes interest. And hopefully, if you spot a deal, you’ll share it with us too!
